Exploring the mysterious Mourne Mountains

What is the one thing that you know about the Irish and their country? Blond hair and blues eyes maybe? Is it their ability to drink alcohol and pick bar brawls? Their exotic accent perhaps? All these things naturally define the Irish as a people. However, it says nothing about their country.

The mountains attract thousands of tourists including mountain climbers, hill walkers, cyclists and nature enthusiasts. They are mostly attracted by Slieve Donards and Slieve Commedagh (767 meters). Another major attraction to the tourists in Mourne Mountains is the Mourne Wall which was constructed to mark the boundary of the land bought by Belfast Water Commissioners in the 17th century.
