1. Punta Del Este

This is the younger cousin of Punta Del Este. It is a small village located on the beach and ideal for the budget sailors. You can snorkel and fish with half the price you will pay to do the same in Punta Del Este. If you are traveling on a lean budget, then this destination is as good as any in Uruguay.
